I have a program that came with the Hotd Dog HTML editor that does that.

  This leads me to an OT question: does anyone know a program that can 
  download an entire website at once? Clicking on each download is a bit 
  cumbersome on some of those huge "sample"-webpages etc. Any suggestions?
