First: why do you want that? both logic and the EXS24 can handle both 
formats, even simultaneously, and on both mac and PC.

Second: you can do it with logic. Go to the audio window, select the 
audio file(s) you want to convert, use "audio file -> 
copy/convert..." from the menu line. This is also explained to 
greater detail in the logic manual (chapter 4 as far as I remember)
