Try reinstalling Logic and doing a clean install of Mac OS. If you have no problems, it's your system folder most likely. If not, it's a problem with the hardware. If you are done with the new system folder, drag it to the trash and rename your old one to "System Folder." This should take 30 minutes to an hour to complete.
