  in my case i've only tested with a -10 instrument (ie not microphones, 
but synths and stuff alike), if your song session has a lot of 
instruments and/or plug-in's you may run into performance problems, in 
my case i do try to be thrifty with  the sounds/pre-set/plug-in's i use 
per song. we have 384MB of Ram, lamp 4.8.1, emi 2 6, mt4 and the virtual 
memory extension of the exs24, that single little thing makes a huge 
difference.
