Jer and others, Thanks for the suggestions on this. I have not worked with other plug-ins yet, but was coming at it from comparisons to hardware samplers...In the past, I've set those samplers up to a "default orchestra" which I didn't need to reload for each song. This has helped me understand the exs way of doing things (and yes, it's nice opening a song and having all my samples right there!) kurt [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
