EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

First of: Thanks to Thor Mamen for doing the initial conversion.
Unfortunately I found the sets to have some weird settings, so I fixed them,
here's what I did:
- Replaced the groups with proper named and proper working ones (hat groups
set to 1 voice max.).
- Added the missing zones for the kicks in some sets (the samples have
allready been in the zips).
- Added some zone for a kick on B0 in case there was none (in the GM
standard you will most likely find a deeper kick there).
- Exchanged some snares (lower tone = D1, higher tone = E1, again following
the GM conventions).
- Set all zones to "one shot".
- Adjusted the amp ADSR to be suitable for drums.
