There may be a couple reasons. First, you may have an e-mail temporary 
version, and you haven't downloaded the extra Setup files from our web 
site. There may have been people that we neglected to mention this to. That 
could cause the .exs files not to be written. Another could be that they 
being written to the location mention in Options, but you aren't looking 
there. The last reason that I've seen is that they are buried in the middle 
of all the AIFF or WAVE files that are written, if you've chosen to write 
both types of files in the same location.

If none of these solves the issue, send us a log file of your session and 
we'll look at it and respond real quick. Do it to support@..., 
of course, not to the list.
