I"m not aware of any setting in prefs for 'capture' , but there is a key
command which will capture the last take as a recording .It's right near
the op of the keycommands window.Also if you want to you can capture a
sysex dump ar something, by enabling the midi-in button in the evnt list
for a sysex fader, for instance, then sending the dump from your midi
device,
