Create some aux objects.
Load a Multichannel EXS [you'll see the new submenu when you click on
the instrument insert]
Load a suitable EXS program [aco guit or drums for instance]
Enter the Instrument Edit window and make sure 'EXS Output' is enabled
in 'View'
Then look for the'EXS Output' parameter in either a Zone or a Group.

You should be able to find your way from there :)
