Maintenance release

Mac:
- Conversion of any source format to the SampleCell format
- Tuning problem in the Pulsar/Mesa conversion is fixed
- New installer that works with MacOS 8.6
- New "Disc browser" menu that allows you to insert and work with several
sampler disks at the same time. You don't need to eject the loaded disk to
insert a new one.
- Shared folders are now visible in the file browsers
- New "Search option" for selecting where CDXtract should search for a
missing file.
Mac and PC:
- Improvements in the VSampler conversion (stereo...)
- Read native Kuzweil and MPC disks, with long names
- New "Program folder" option in the conversion flowchart that allows you to
save your samples in the same folder than the program (for Halion, EXS24 and
SampleCell) or in a subfolder of the program folder.
- Better conversion of Giga programs with dimensions and crossfades to the
Halion format.
- Conversion of crossfaded programs to the Pulsar and MESA format.
- Improvement of the batch converter
