EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Each time i wanna open exs24 i get the following warning:
PC AV not enough memory to open plugin -10108
When i click to continue the editor window opens
up instead of the plugin window. Trying to open the plugin window
from the editor results in the same warning.
I didn't change the audio configurations lately.
I run a pc,512ram,866mhz,20hd. Via the editor i can access
all samples stored in my exs24.
In audio and drivers PCAV is activated AND i can access and
work with ES2 without any problems.
That pc av warning pops up in all my songs and seems to be 
EXS24 related,...so, what do i do now?
