Hi Sascha,
I have a soundblaster live and Micrologic AV and I like to play with 
samples a lot, which I have downloaded from sites you have mentioned. 
The current setup seems to do OK, but I do not have EXS24. As I am a 
bit strapped for$ I am wondering is it possible to get a 'decent', 
lower latency card and use it to process the soundfonts, but continue 
to use MLAV and not require EXS24? Advice greatly apprec

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
