Best place/price to buy EXS in USA or France??

Where is the best place to buy EXS in the USA or France 
for the best price? 

Also, does EXSP come free with EXS so I can use it in other aps too?!
(I'm actually mainly in OS X now so hopefully eMagic will make it a
free update as an AudioUnit Musical Instrument so I can use it in all
aps... )
