Me neither. The samples are downloadable for everbody. Unless you don't
distribute them any further without permission you can just do with them
whatever you want. And that includes loading them into the EXS.
The EXS patch files are no intellectual property of Yellow Tools.
I couldn't see the slightest reason of why there could arise problems.
