Run the Plugin Enabler 2 included with Logic, and disable the plugs you
don't want to be listed (this will leave you with just the VST Waves,
not the DX, for example).

Also, upgrade to 5.5.1, it's at
http://www.emagic.de/support/download/lpW.php?lang=EN and it's free.

Also, this doesn't sound like an EXS question to me; one for the LUG.
