EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Any of you cats got some tips on sample organization?
I feel like I have to do a lot of leg work when converting akai 
libraries in order to stay organized.
As of now, when I convert a library(usually just do the whole disc)
I move the converted samples that are put in the akai folder into a 
new folder with the name of the disc, then repeat for the sample 
instruments folder.I leave samples interleaved, but not sure if I 
should be merging the programs during conversion  b/c I'm really not 
sure what that does for akai libraries.
Any tips would be greayly appreciated.
