EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Have you renamed your file? Does it find the app file and then fail?
Or---does it not even find your file, thereby making it impossible to
update? Are you Mac or PC? My mac version went without a hitch. The problem
I've had in the past is that I've renamed (shortened) the App file so the
updater did not identify it. Otherwise, reinstall your original disk. Get
the appropriate updater to bring it to 4.63 then update again. Once in the
past, a certain sequence of updates didn't work for me, so I reinstalled my
original and performed a more/new upgrade sequence which worked. I know this
is frustrating for you. Just trying to help! -Jer
