It might be the same old same old problem of the paths being hardcoded into 
the .exs files. (Kontakt partially solves this problem, they allow relative 
paths - but that doesn't solve the Mac->PC issues, unless the samples are 
in the same folder as the .exs file).

Get the free EXS Manager fror PC that is written by Andrea Gozzi - go to
  www.arcanoise.com/ExsManager/Docs/ExsManager.html

This will neatly update all your .exs files to look for the right samples.

Translator also has a "Fix References" function which can update all your 
.exs files as well.

I'm sure that EXS does a good job at this sample finding thing, but the 
EXSManager and/or Translator will tell you exactly what the problem is, 
instead of just complaining that the sample can't be found.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
