Beware also of the locked file scenario: You must unlock all your VSL instrument files for them to be re-written correctly. Then, it's advisable to re-lock them again afterwards. I seem to recall someone on the VSL forum saying they had better luck with letting the PM do its own thing somehow. You'd have to search the forum though. Just for the record.....
