i'd say that answers your own question - keep 'em. they don't take up that much 
space, they have the sounds you like, and they make little difference to the cpu hit 
which certainly is an issue with using exclusively computer based equivalants.

what we need is a pocket sized module, usb, 24bit digital outputs, filled with sounds, 
and a fast, simple editor program which comes up like a vsti interface onscreen - a 
proteus in your palm.
