EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hi.
I have this problem:
When I use EXS24 mkII i open the instrument so i can change the sound with auto-exchange, but somethimes when i press and try to change sound the root key of that sample it's change with selecting another sample, so can somebody eksplein way EXS do this, i need to change something in configuration or...
My system Is LAW 5.5.1 with P3 1.1 Mhz and 512MB so please help. 
btw. i try to reinstall system and instal Logic from begining but nothing change.
