Let's see. Open one EXS, load an instrument.

Go to Audio config window, use hand tool to copy EXS instance
into other channels.

Back to arrange window, key command for "create track with next
instrument" (I have CTRL-INS for this) to create arrange tracks.
Dunno, a minute or two, tops...?
