Whoa there Phil - you sure are making a case for buying a copy of Live... 
It's a lot faster than ReCycling the whole disc! I _was_ thinking about 
Live for the Fall. Guess I'll be sending some bucks to Ableton soon. They 
are a kick*ss company! One thing though: how's the chopping up affecting 
the quality of the sound of the drums? What happens when a crash or ride 
crosses over a slice?
