EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I was hoping this would go away with 4.7 LAMP but it never did....

No matter what latency I select...the midi timing in the EXS is 
unplayable...My regular keyboards are fine...I'm using a serial 
Midi Express with a USB to serial and I have no problem with my 
S3000, X5, Vdrums etc when played from the keyboard.  The exs 
is about half a second delayed...It seems crazy that I'd have to 
drop the latency and then be unable to use my plugins or get a 
crash because my session already has several plugins 
instanciated.  Anyone else going through this?

Only way I can work is to input with sounds from an external 
module and then pb with EXS (which is spot on).
