You can set up the viewing preferences in the EXS editor window so that the currently played zone(s) (and I believe groups as well) jump to the top of the display. You still need to select the gropu whose corresponding zones you want selected, but at least it will be at the top of the list and not require any scrolling. And then there is probably a key command for sleceting a group's corresponding zones.
