Simplest entails several other things and then it's simple. Otherwise
you have a problem.  You will need a zip drive connected to your
CD3000XL and one connected to your Mac or PC.  Then you will need a
program like  translator or CDextract.  You save the samples onto the
zip. Put the zip into your computer and let one of those programs do the
works.  It works really well, I am in the process of doing the same
