EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

There really should be a way to change where all the converted AKAI samples
are going. Also even after converting some cd's.

There should be a preferences setting that lets you choose this at any time
IMHO.

I think  a lot of people are going to buy new HD's for samples and they
(read: me:) are going to want to move all the already converted samples to
the new drive.

At the moment everything ends up inside the C:/Program files/emagic/Logic
Audio/AKAI Samples folder. Now C: is full and I have a 45Gb HD dedicated to
samples that is almost empty.


Also it would be nice if there were subfolders inside the AKAI samples
folder and not just for the sampler instruments. If you call an
Akai-convertion for the CD name the EXS sampler will will have all the
presets in a subfolder with the cd name, but in the AKAI-samples folder you
will have no way of saying what cd they came from.
