EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Every time I try to load an instrument into EXS it "unexpectedly" quits Logic (into the 
"try to save your song" dialog). I've tried moving the source files (rather than an alias) 
into the sampler instruments folder with both the free emagic supplied sounds and 
my own instruments. Anybody had a similar experience?

Here's what I found...
After having installed the EXS a couple of times - for both OS9 and X, and a bit of 
flying files around between drives, I found that there was quite a bit of duplication (A 
scan in the project manager confirmed this). I trashed all except one of everything I 
had two (or more) of, and consolidated everything onto one drive. A new scan and 
now the find mode doesn't crash anymore, and the EXS loads everything cleanly - 
much quicker too. It was just confused. Or was that me...
