Sounds like this is a good job for the multiple outputs functionality of 
the EXS 24.

Use your one single EXS instrument, but assignn the specific samples 
that you want processed to diiferent outputs other than the main 1-2 
outs. You do this from within the EXS editor window. Then create some 
aux objects in your Logic environment and set thier inputs to correspond 
to the outs you assigned in the EXS editor. So now you have isolated 
samples arriving at these separate aux objects available for individual 
processing before all being routed to you main outputs.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
