Cymbals, yes, but the variation in BD and snare isn't what makes 
drums groove (in rock/pop).

  It's two things: the part and the feel. I play parts in using KAT 
pads, but you can use groove quantize to get a good feel. GC 
quantizes the position and also applies dynamics if you want.

I hope emagic and apple listen to you two guys.  You seem to fully
understand the limitations and functions of this product.  We are lucky
to have both of you contributing to these groups!
