Some good stuff here for sure, and probably just a tiny teasing hint of a future orchestral percussion library. BTW, my direct Giga conversions into EXS all had their release envelopes too short for these highly ambient samples. It seems unlikely SAM would have programmed it this way in the Giga version, so I wonder if it's a buggy translation. Anyway, it's an easy fix. Sean McCoy Oregon Sound Recording

Hmm..
Is there a list of the variances/bugs that the EXS importer imposes on
the various commercially available and freebie sample sets? If not, are
you guys interested in putting together one? I'm sure it will be a big
help and time-saver to others on the list.
If interested in contributing to this, please email me off-list with
your experiences, tips and suggestions. I'll put together a document
and post it to the files section. I'll also search the list archives
for relevant info.
Please mention both the collection's name as well as the format/s you
converted from.
