I need serious help

I need serious help

2004-01-04 by ravelb88

I am running OSX and the EXSP24. I am having problems loading samples that I have
created myself. These are .wav and .aiff . I can't get the sounds to show up in the
scroll down window. I have 2 folders with my EXSP24 samples which are the
"exsp24samples" and the "EXSPFactorySoundset". The only files that appear in the
exsp24 scroll down window are the ones in the factory soundset folder with the
extension .esx . Do i have to convert my files? I am so lost and i've been tryin to set
this up so i can bring in my own samples and trigger them through the keybaord. Can
anybody help me. Thanks

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news; but you can't do this with the EXSP. The
main limitation of this plugin, compared to it's big brother, the EXS 24, is
that you can't edit or create sampler instruments.

Of course you won't see a raw audio (aiff or wav) file in the scroll down
menu. You can only access the sampler instruments from here. And there is no
way to create one containing your audio files with the EXSP.

The only solution is to either upgrade to the EXS 24 or find a friend who
has it and do the sampler instrument building on his machine.

Good luck.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
