EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hi Group - 

I'm a total Logic/EXS newbie with ZERO soft-synth experience.   

I have just installed Logic/EXS on my G4 PB. I'm trying to use it as a sound 
module 
for an upcoming live performance project, triggering it from my keyboard 
controller. 
I've worked with it for a few hours over the past couple of days, and I 
CANNOT 
figure out how to configure this thing to respond to program changes from my 
controller. 

I simply need to be able to change patches from the controller, ie: 
Piano=Prog1, 
Vibes=Prog2, Strings=Prog3, etc, etc... 

So, how to do this? Please keep in mind that I am a total idiot and don't 
understand the jargon - 
please speak slowly and distinctly.   8^)
