In one word: Yes.

You only have to make sure that the instrument files are in a "sampler
instruments" folder right next to:
- Either your Logic program file (which would be the "standard" location)
- A songfile you just load. In that case your instruments would only show up
in this very song

Any substructrures you'll create in this folder don't matter.
