EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I want to use the exs as a cue play back on live corporate shows using
a small midi kayboard as a hot key trigger. does the exs sampler load
the entire audio file from a zone into ram or just a small buffer,
then access the remainder of the file from the hard disk? I will be
playing back long pieces of stereo music (5min) along with voice over
announcements. I'm just wondering if I will run out of 1gig of ram
before I get many cues loaded into zones?

Why wouldn't you just set this up as a Logic Song using Touch Tracks?
