EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Can anyone please tell me how to create sample instruments to create 
drum kits for a song?

also, how does the instrument editor work?...zones, groups etc.
...I'm really lost with this sampler.

I appreciate any input and/or advice on this matter.
