EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hello to all,

I was told recently that it's possible to essentially "build" a drum 
kit (or other instrument) out of individual .wav files and use the 
EXS24 to play the new creation.  Although I have occasionally used a 
loop in .wav format by dropping it directly into an audio track, I 
have never used the EXS24 to play a .wav (or .aif) file without its 
corresponding .exs file.  My first question is: can this be done?  
Second, if yes, where can I find accurate instructions on how to do 
it?
