EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I am just getting into a mac G5
What is the best place to store large sample libraries (100gig +) on
my computer? should it go on a secondary Hard drive or the main disk?
Any experiences on a mac?

Get a second drive, never on the system disk (same for recording)
Serial ATA is the best (fastest drive u can afford the better)
External is possible, depending on ur latency tolerance and how many
instrument u are running
If external, fire wire 800 of course
