Akai CD access problem follow-up

The problem appears to be with my DVD-RAM drive, or with something that's preventing the drive from accessing the disks. I can use the disks on my Mac at work, an older G3 with a SCSI drive. That being the case, I'll just install my software and translate the disks there. Thanks for the help. Bruce
