Need some Help running the BCF 2000 in Logic Pro! Can any Body help me, would be great, 
thanks.

I bought a Behringer BCR2000 about a half year ago....didn't 
work...talked to almost everybody about it, including Behringer 
helpdesk, after a fortnight of wrestling with the device I brought it 
back to the store. They agreed with me that the device is crap . I'm 
saving my money now to buy myself a MackieControl somewhere in the 
future....

BCF-2000 working great over here.

You need to set up your MIDI properly in Audio/MIDI Setup (BCR as a MIDI
interface, then another BCR "controller" attached to MIDI Port 1 of that
interface) to get it to work.

You also need to update the BCR to version 1.07 or higher of the firmware -
then you can start it up in "Logic Control" mode to emulate the Mackie Logic
Control - Logic sees it as such and it works just fine.
