Just sample as many sustained (or not sustained) notes you can get out of it. Plain notes, bends, squeals, whatever.
Then post the wavefiles somewhere and let's see what we can come up with.
Just make sure the plain notes are long enough to add some useful loop points.

Agreed with all the above.

As many notes as possible.The harmonica has very fixed formants which won't
transpose well even by a tiny deviation so a sample for every note would be
ideal, preferably long, sustained as clean as possible for 6 seconds or so
each.

You should also do versions with the 'hand-wah' effect (tho those won't loop
easily if at all).

Sascha - I'll do the looping if required. The least I can do in return for
your various favours!
