EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I have very recently purchased the Consolidated bundle from PMI. I bought it with the 50% off groupbuy and I received them a couiple of days ago. They are to say the least packed very confusingly but I have been able to make everything work thanks to EXS Manager Pro. The only thing that doesn't work is the Steinway D. There is a quite loud noise on top of the notes which could be caused by a damaged DVD or in this case that the EXS isn't playing back the right files (messy packing). Does anybody know what library the Steiway D samples are located in, Especially the ones for the Classic. 
I have sent a message to PMI but he hasn't replied yet and I would like to get this running as quickly as possible.
