Did you try to place the rx2 file inside your sample instruments folder? In 
that case, the EXS should see and convert it automatically. You could later 
on delete the original rx2 file or keep it for future reference.

I would think that Logic installs the Shared Lib (a file/system that 
allows extraction of Recycle slices); but maybe not. Go to 
www.propellerhedas.se, click Downloads, Miscellaneous Updates, and 
REX Shared Library updates.

i had the same problem.

Make sure you actually do have 7.2.1 because that was the update that added recycle support to Logic for intel macs.
