Advise on EXS24 Purchase

Hi all, I am thinking about buying the EXS24 but I have a question regarding the playability. I have a PIII 550 with 128mb of RAM Audiowerk 2 and 2 7200 UDMA drives. Is the machine I have powerful enough to run EXS24? How many sequenced parts can I have playing at once? I just want to make sure that I can do all the things I want to do before I spend the 300. Thanks.
