EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hey!
I'm new to this list; just bought the EXS 24 - now want to convert 
my huge AKAI library. I'v recently started working with the internet 
recording studios at http://www.futurehit.com and i would like to 
know how I get my EXS-sounds (and more important: samples) 
to my collaboration partners at the studios?
Anybody with experience in that field?
Second question: I dont't want the Preset list in the EXS to be so 
long when I convert a lot of AKAI CDs. What do I do about it?
