CDXtract 3.6 allows you to merge separate programs into one, so far the programs have to be in the same volume but the next version will allow you to merge programs from anywhere. I'm about to finish this next version (PC and MAC) so if you have any special request that could make your work easier I would be happy to hear them (preferably of list).
