EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Just move them manually in explorer/finder. The EXS will find them
automatically wherever they are as soon as you load your patch.
It will however find them way faster once you specify a partition in its
preferences (EXS instrument editor > Edit > Preferences).
Whenever the EXS finds two or more samples of the same name it will ask you
which one to choose.

I believe that this only works if you move the samples to another folder on
the same drive.  If it is on a different drive, the exs will not find them.

You can store both samples and ESX Instruments anywhere you like...I have a
partition dedicated mainly as a sample store.

Just make sure you have an alias of the ESX Instruments folder - with the
same name - in your Logic folder.
