Re: [exs] exs24 file format

Rubber Chicken Software makes a product that will address your problem very shortly. The software is called Translator, and it already supports Gigasampler. Direct support for EXS24 will happen at any moment. I'm excited about this because I want to translate from Ensoniq ASR-10 directly to EXS24. As it stands, Ensigniq and Giga can be translated to Akai and then imported into EXS24, but we've all heard about potential import problems with Akai disk. So I'm content to wait for EXS24 support. I have a licensed copy of this program and am in regular dialog with the developers. They are VERY serious about fulfilling EXS24 support any day now. Hope that helps. http://www.chickensys.com/translator/dailynews.html PS: Translator is still buggy in Virtual PC (I work mainly on the Mac platform), but I bought a cheap PC with a SCSI cared just to do the conversions and the software works great! >Is there anyonewho's got a description of the exs24 file format?
