How do you store your sampler instruments with your project?

How do you store your sampler instruments with your project?

When I do a track in logic, I like *all* of my related files to be in
the same folder. This way if I need to archive the project for
backup, I know that if I copy one particular folder, all the required
music files will be stored.

So that's where I keep my logic file, my Absynth and other softsynth
saved presets, all audio files I'm using. Even if I'm using audio
samples in my main library of samples, I use the "copy & move"
feature to duplicate them to the local folder.

Am I stuck having to save my .exs files in Logic's Sampler
Instruments folder, or is there some trick for keeping those local as
well?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
