I know you have heard this before but thanks, mate, really.

My akaipro collection is complete now (except for the piano .exs
files which I don't care for anyway). All samples and all .exs files
are unpacked in folders on my hard drive and I am going through it
all at a leisurely pace.

I like the guitars a lot. They may not sound like guitars (I'm a
guitarist myself so maybe others may disagree) but they sure sound
nice and crispy. They can add some top end to arrangements, I'm sure.

One of the presets sound a lot like the guitar used on the signature
to the TV serie Friends. It's called 12ST DUAL GT. Just add a bit of
crunch and you're set.

Kind regards,

Soren Riis-Vestergaard

In lieu of cash... thanks are always welcome... :-)

Seriously though, no problem at all....

I really like some of the baby noises.
I've managed to process them so one sounds like a kick, another like
a hihat, and another like a snare. Throw a trad drum pattern,
recorded originally with a trad kit, on top of that sound, add a bit
of delay, verb, and Waves Enigma and MondoMod, then Spectral Gate the
whole lot and you have a freaky industrial sounding baby-kit.

My own personal preference is to simply hit 3 babies with wooden
mallets but you can get arrested for doing that (Would that be an
*old skool baby kit*???)... Not like the good old days... :-)

Other highlights:

Volume 1: Wors_station: Prologue Pad
Volume 1: SOund Effects: Explosions and Metal Body
Volume 5: Ethnic Instruments
Volume 6: Tools: Drills

actually the entire tools directory...

I always said we were an industrial band... now we really are...

Interesting...
Try it with the following combination:

Insert fat EQ cutting anything between 200hz to 5khz, send it to bus
1 with 100% wet into Enigma set to rasberry sparkle preset but a
shorter decay time, then into pluggo monster crunch maxxed out and
then into dynasone set back behind your head and with a high
elevation... freaky huh?
